to allow your mind and your body
to ignore certain sensations
and subtly,
soothingly,
settle certain upsets
that are not
in your best interest
while fostering an exploration
of new understandings
and perspectives
that may allow
a more soothing and comforting
healing to begin
to enter into your thoughts,
in a manner that can promote
a certain practical, optimal healing
of your body
and your emotions
and your life
in a variety of ways
which you need not
have any real awareness of
to allow yourself to benefit from...
Now,
get yourself into
a little more comfortable position,
and feel free
to close your eyes
whenever you are
comfortable in doing so.
